Spring is finally here, and April in Cádiz is absolutely packed with energy, flavor, and unforgettable local traditions. From food and wine to festivals and cultural celebrations, this month is one of the most exciting times to be here—and trust me, the city is not exactly easing into it.
We’re thrilled to welcome back one of our biggest crowd-pleasers this month: our Sushi in the Vineyard at Viña La Torre! If you joined us last year, you already know why this experience is such a favorite. Join top bullfighters Andy Cartagena, Diego Ventura, and Leonardo for the Corrida de la Primavera 2026 in Sanlúcar de Barrameda on Saturday, April 11. The event begins at 18:00 and will feature six bulls from the Fermín Bohórquez ranch.

Tickets will be available from March 9 at the box office, on the official website, or by calling 627 696 754 during box office hours. Box office hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:00, and Saturdays from 10:00–14:00.
